Made-to-Order Products

All products sold on Tolopet are made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for the customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or personal preference.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

To be eligible, you must:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

Provide clear photo evidence of the issue

Include your order number in the request

Once approved, we will either:

Issue a replacement at no additional cost, or

Process a refund to the original payment method

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order is significantly delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact our support team. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate solution.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns will not be issued in the following cases:

Incorrect size or color selected by the customer

Normal wear and tear

Minor variations in print placement or color due to screen or printing differences

Orders with incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
