Our return and refund services are currently available to customers in the United States only.


2. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery by contacting [email protected].

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unusedunworn, and in original condition
  • Include original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable)
  • Be returned within the 30-day window

Items that are returned used, damaged (not due to shipping), or missing original packaging may not be accepted for return.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following types of items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale or clearance merchandise
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Gift cards or free promotional items
  • Items that are used, or damaged due to misuse

4. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

  2. Our team will provide return instructions and the correct return address
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it using a trackable carrier

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or was sent in error.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

    • replacement at no cost, or

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless we made an error in fulfillment or shipping.

8. Exchanges
