You may request to cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped and is not a custom-made or special-order item.
Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may proceed with a return after delivery, following our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Custom-made, personalized, or final sale items are not eligible for cancellation, due to their unique nature.
