Our services are currently available to customers with valid shipping addresses within the United States. Orders placed outside our supported region will not be processed.

Frinkie does not charge for products that are out of stock or unavailable. Customers will be notified and refunded promptly in such cases.

We currently ship only within the United States.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3–6 business days (may vary due to location, carrier, or weather delays).
  • Shipping Fee: Flat rate of $6.95 per order.

6. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs for non-defective items are the customer’s responsibility.
